IVFD The impact of culture conditions on blastocyst formation and aneuploidy rates: a comparison between single-step and sequential media in a large academ
Our study demonstrates an increase in aneuploidy in young women whose embryos were cultured in a single-step medium compared to sequential medium. This study highlights the importance of culture conditions on embryo ploidy and the need to stratify by patient age when examining the impact of culture conditions on overall cycle potential.

IVFD Sperm DNA integrity in adult survivors of paediatric leukemia and lymphoma: A pilot study on the impact of age and type of treatment
We compared reproductive parameters and sperm damage from adult survivors of childhood leukemia and lymphoma, sub-divided into those diagnosed before or after puberty, to men with no history of cancer. Our data indicate that CCS, independently of the age of diagnosis, have a high risk of low sperm count and when sperm are present, chances of DNA and chromatin abnormalities appear similar to those seen in the general population.

IVFD Associations of Fish Oil Supplement Use With Testicular Function in Young Men
In this cross-sectional study including 1679 young men in Denmark, fish oil supplements were associated in a dose-response manner with higher semen volume and total sperm count, larger testicular size, a higher calculated free testosterone to luteinizing hormone ratio, and lower follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone levels after adjusting for confounders.

IVFD The impact of male factor infertility on early and late morphokinetic parameters: a retrospective analysis of 4126 time-lapse monitored embryos
Our findings suggest that the fertilization method rather than MFI per se impacts time to early blastulation. The clinical implications of this effect on embryo development warrant further investigation.

IVFD Pregnancy outcomes of fresh IVF conceived pregnancies after embryo transfer at different stages of early embryonic development
Conclusions: The common approach of blastocyst transfer, as high quality of the embryo, has not proven beneficial in terms of live birth rate. Moreover, cleavage stage embryos were not associated with adverse perinatal outcomes. The current data suggest maternal age has an independent effect on live birth.

IVFD IVF is big business in Australia — but these people are calling the industry out
Inside Australia's 'baby factory', women say they're just numbers on a conveyor belt. As we sifted through stories of heartbreak, strained relationships, financial hardship, "miracle babies" and everything in between, the sheer scale of respondents with similar stories concerned us.

IVFD More Evidence of the Association of Diet With Human Testicular Function—Fish Oil Supplements [Invited Commentary]
An important study by Jensen et al7 provides further observational evidence of the potential associations of fish oil supplements (theoretically rich in ƒÖ:-3, although the authors did not obtain information about the actual content of this fatty acid in the supplements mentioned) with better semen quality and sex hormone concentration.
