IVFD Does ICSI for in vitro fertilization cause more aneuploid embryos?
These results indicate that more embryos produced by ICSI are aneuploidy as compared with embryos produced by regular IVF. The results indicate that in vitro manipulation of oocytes for ICSI procedure may have adverse effect on human oocytes, and it may be one of the reasons causing aneuploid embryos in human IVF.

IVFD Aneuploidy through the looking glass
Although blastocyst-stage preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) has been shown to improve implantation rates and enables near-universal single embryo transfer, it still requires an invasive biopsy and cryopreservation to allow time for genetic analysis

IVFD Cycle day 2 insulin-like growth factor-1 serum levels as a prognostic tool to predict controlled ovarian hyperstimulation outcomes in poor responders
Patients who respond poorly to controlled ovarian stimulation, despite normal cycle day 2 follicle-stimulating hormone levels, have significantly higher serum cycle day 2 IGF-1 levels when compared with age-matched normal and high responders.

IVFD Women's vitamin D levels and IVF results: a systematic review of the literature and meta-analysis, considering three categories of vitamin status (rep
The meta-analysis shows that sufficient vitamin D status is associated with better outcomes in IVF. Nonetheless, there are many demographic, geographic and clinical parameters that may be related to vitamin D status that need to be ascertained before concluding that the better results are due to the higher levels of vitamin D.

IVFD Preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidies (abnormal number of chromosomes) in in vitro fertilisation
There is insufficient good‐:quality evidence of a difference in cumulative live birth rate, live birth rate after the first embryo transfer, or miscarriage rate between IVF with and IVF without PGT‐:A as currently performed. No data were available on ongoing pregnancy rates. The effect of PGT‐:A on clinical pregnancy rate is uncertain.

IVFD Obstetric and perinatal outcomes of intracytoplasmic sperm injection versus conventional in vitro fertilization in couples with nonsevere male inferti
Our results suggested that routine use of ICSI for all causes of infertility did not result in better pregnancy and perinatal outcomes compared with conventional IVF in the first cycle. ICSI might be associated with a lower risk of NICU admission when used in couples with moderate OA. Large prospective studies are required to validate our current findings. [DOI does not work!!]
