IVFD Does sperm origin—ejaculated or testicular—affect embryo morphokinetic parameters?
This study showed that ejaculated sperm is associated with faster late cell divisions, more rapid compaction, and higher implantation rates compared to testicular sperm. Additionally, t8 is an important predictor for implantation in the MFI population.

IVFD The influence of the type of embryo culture media on the outcome of IVF/ICSI cycles
These results therefore indicate that continuous media can be equivalent to sequential media and could help lower the workload in busy IVF labs without impairing the clinical results.

IVFD Ultrasonic Cutting of Frozen Semen Straws to Optimize the Use of Spermatozoa for In Vitro Fertilization [Bovine]
The use of frozen semen is essential for the success of in vitro fertilization in the bovine embryo transfer industry. Therefore, we aimed to maximize the use of a single frozen semen straw by employing a cutting protocol. To the best of our knowledge, the current study is the first to apply ultrasonic cutting to frozen semen.

IVFD Effect of evaporation-induced osmotic changes in culture media in a dry-type incubator on clinical outcomes in in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer
Hyperosmotic changes in media occurred in a dry-type incubator by evaporation, although the medium was covered with oil. These osmotic changes were efficiently inhibited by supplementation of outer-well medium, which resulted in improved pregnancy outcomes.

IVFD Sperm chromatin structure assay versus sperm chromatin dispersion kits: Technical repeatability and choice of assisted reproductive technology procedu
Our results indicate that SCD kit-specific thresholds should be established in order to avoid the unnecessary use of IVF/ICSI based on sperm DNA damage for the management of infertility. Appropriate measures should be taken to mitigate the increased variability inherent to the methods used in these tests.

IVFD Prioritising IVF treatment in the post COVID 19 era: a predictive modelling study based on UK national data
A delay in starting IVF reduces success rates in all couples. For the first time, we have shown that while this results in fewer babies in older women and those with a known cause of infertility, it has a less detrimental effect on couples with unexplained infertility, some of whom conceive naturally whilst waiting for treatment. Post COVID 19, clinics planning a phased return to normal clinical services should prioritise older women and those wi

IVFD Assessing the Cognitive and Behavioral Development of 3-Year-Old Children Born from Fathers with Severe Male Infertility
The majority of ICSI and IVF children are developing well without significant delays. Although ICSI child development was not affected by most of the variables assessed, those generated from surgically retrieved spermatozoa were at a significantly lower risk for abnormal developmental, as well as behavioral, characteristics than offspring generated from ejaculated specimens
