IVFD Risk Factors for Monozygotic Twins in IVF-ICSI Cycles: a Case-Control Study
After performing a multivariate logistic analysis, only assisted hatching remained significantly associated with monozygotic twinning (adjusted odds ratio 2.32, 95%CI 1.03–5.25). Blastomere separation during the passage through this artificial hole or interference with the signaling pathway within the embryo could be the mechanisms involved.

IVFD Shorter telomere length of white blood cells is associated with higher rates of aneuploidy among infertile women undergoing in vitro fertilization
Conclusion: The relationship between WBC relative telomere length and aneuploidy warrants further investigation, particularly because significant overlap exists between increasing maternal age and rates of embryonic aneuploidy.

IVFD An artificial intelligence model based on the proteomic profile of euploid embryos and blastocyst morphology: a preliminary study
The model proposed in this preliminary report may provide a promising tool to select the embryo most likely to lead to a live birth in a euploid cohort. The accuracy of prediction demonstrated by this software may improve the efficacy of an assisted reproduction treatment by reducing the number of transfers per patient. Prospective studies are, however, needed

IVFD 3D in situ imaging of the female reproductive tract reveals molecular signatures of fertilizing spermatozoa in mice
Together, we reveal that fertilizing mouse spermatozoa in situ are characterized by intact CatSper channel, lack of pY, and reacted acrosomes. These findings provide molecular insight into sperm selection for successful fertilization in the female reproductive tract.
