is QAPonline? – Reference Ranges
nThe reference range for the site is generated
internally at various levels
¨As a standard comparison - to all other
professional.
¨Internal Peer Comparison - all replies are referenced against the INTERNAL pool of peer participants.
¨External Peer Comparison - all replies are referenced against the total pool of all peer participants.
¨Grandfather pool - staff who have nominated their activity in
the area of the
scheme for more than 10 years.
¨National Peer group - all replies are
referenced against the pool of all peer participants in the same country as the
participant (in development).
