The QAP Supervisor is the key member of an Internal QAP group. The group may be an IVF clinic, a pathology laboratory, specialised laboratory or research group or a group of students. The QAP Supervisor oversees various management functions of the group including allocation to a laboratory, ensuring staff complete their QA activities and is responsible to the Senior Laboratory Scientist for QA and EQA activities that are the subject of the enrolled schemes. The QAP supervisor [QAS] is indicated by the IsSupervisor Field in the subscribers profile being=True. THE QAPS is the person who creates a record of a Clinic/laboratory and who oversees all the staff within the QAP group.
