Alikani grade I is minimal in volume and associated with only 1 blastomere. When removed, the shape and size of the blastomeres. The fragments represent less than 5% of the embryo volume and may be due to poloar body remnants. This grade represents about 35-40% of all embryos on day 2 and 3.
