Mouse Embrhyo

Alikani grade II are localised to one region of the embryo. They form a discrete aggregate and represent about 25% of the embryo volume. After removal, the blastomeres appear variable in size and reduced cell-cell contact. It appears that this type results from breakdown of one blastomere within the embryo.
