on QA Scheme: Sperm Concentration - Makler Chamber-2026
Comment = A QA scheme to provide an assessment of ones capacity to interprete sperm samples using a Makler Chamber. The scheme provides monthly installments of images from a Makler chamber with varying sperm samples. The QA schemes askes participants to count the number of sperm in the sample and report their estimates for statistical review [Mean +SD]. The scheme does not survey ones capacity to load a chamber but tests ones ability to accurately count and calculate a loaded sample. If a subscriber has formed an INTERNAL QA group, then both intra and inter laboratory QC can be made.
