| The
registration form contains contact information. The institution
field may not be the same as the QAP group you join (eg if
the laboratory is part of a larger group or if you join a
training group). You will need to complete all fields otherwise
you will be returned to this page. Please ensure that the
e-mail address is correct since once registered. QAPonline
will post to this address your logon code and password. If
you type the incorrect e-mail address, you can change this
later by updating your profile but you will not receive an
e-mail confirmation of your registration. You will also be
asked to list your e-mail address since this is an alternative
way that QAPonline can contact you. Lastly, you will be asked
to identify your primary professional interest. |
